Jail time is not enough for this scumbag. I think the best form of punishment for young Travis to learn his lesson would be to do to him exactly what he did to that poor dog. If he is not a psychopath and dangerous then I dont know what is. The extent of the abuse and the horrific things done to that poor dog should get that guy locked up for life.
