Something New and Exciting

Tags:

As awful as it may be to admit, I spend the majority of my day, reading various blogs. I, like everyone else check out Dooce, Kottke, and all the other A list blogs. I then make my way to all of the gallery sites to see what is going on with those. Afterwards I enjoy reading smaller, less mainstream blogs, but here lately I have been getting a little bored with the same ole, same ole. Don’t get me wrong, I love all the blogs I read, but recently I have just been searching to find something new. I just recently discovered Chris Glass’ website, and I am loving that. I’ve also been enjoying Phil Renaud’s site as well, but now I’m looking to you. I’m asking you, my faithful readers, to suggest some sites you enjoy. I’m looking for anything you might find interesting, be it design related, a personal blog, or something completely different. Help me become an even more unproductive!

  1. Of the non A list variety (probably more on the Z list really) I kinda like http://explodingboy.diaryland.com – not only has it got a cool name – as I am very sure you would agree – but i today he dressed up like a pirate – (which definatley has it heading towards a Y list or maybe even a X list in my book!)

  2. hmm, my favourite blogs?

Canadian rock star turned blogger Matthew Good: http://matthewgood.org/mblog/index.php

Celebrity Gossip turned blatantly hilarious: The Superficial: http://www.thesuperficial.com/

    Tony Pierce’s world-famous BusBlog: http://www.tonypierce.com/blog/bloggy.htm

yeah, those are the three I check first thing in the morning. All three fairly popular, I know, but all three very entertaining. Tony Pierce’s is especially heartfelt at times. Doc Searls called him the best blogger ever.

  3. Thanks for this post. I enjoyed reading Chris Glass and Phil Renaud’s sites. :)
